The City of Brockton in partnership with Brockton Redevelopment Authority (BRA) is offering tenant based rental assistance to eligible applicants in the City of Brockton. The Tenant Based Retal Assistance (TBRA) program is funded by the U.S Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD) HOME Investment Partnership Program.
The TBRA will provide either first, or last month’s rent and security deposit payment directly to the landlord. Security deposits are returned to the tenant when they move. The approval for funding is based the income eligibility of applicants and at-risk criteria.
