Trout Brook is a site for potential mixed-use development located in Downtown Brockton, adjacent to two modes of public transit. The site is 44.76 acres of potential developable space. This RFI/Q is issued for the purpose of obtaining information and gauge the interest and vision from a Master Developer or a development team, to partner with the Brockton Redevelopment Authority (BRA), with the support and assistance from the City of Brockton and MassDevelopment for the redevelopment. Based on the responses received, it is the intent to shortlist the qualified responders and send a Request for Proposal to those determined to be most qualified. Based on the proposals received, it is the intent of the BRA to select and enter into a partnership agreement with the developer or development team whose proposal provides Best Value.
