“Mayor Bill Carpenter Parking Garage” is a state of the art, gateless, license plate recognition, 415 space parking facility in the heart of the Brockton Revitalization District. The Garage is within a half block of the Brockton commuter rail station and the nearby Brockton Area Transit (BAT) Intermodal Transportation Centre. This catalytic development has spurred significant investment and interest in our downtown district. From the development of the Petronelli Building located across the street to 19-31 Main Street and the development of several City and privately-owned parcels.
