Section 108 Program

The Section 108 Program is HUD CDBG loan guarantee provision that can be used for economic development, housing rehabilitation, public facilities, and large-scale physical development projects. The BRA is using this program funding for two programs to spur economic growth within the city.

  1. Rehabilitation of the James J. Adams Parking Garage:  Through the Section 108 Program the BRA is loaning the Brockton Parking Authority the funds for the rehabilitation of the Adams Parking Garage  located at 42 Crescent Street.
