FY2020 CAPER Draft

Notice is hereby given that the 2020 Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation Report (CAPER) for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program and HOME Investment Partnership program for The City of Brockton will be available for review and comment from February 28, 2022 to March 15, 2022. The CAPER is required by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) from all jurisdictions receiving CDBG and HOME funds. The City’s CAPER outlines the housing, community and economic development objectives and activities undertaken from July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2021 through the CDBG and HOME funds. This report describes and evaluates the accomplishment data for each activity funded with CDBG and HOME dollars and demonstrates the effectiveness in meeting the needs of low- to moderate-income residents.
